What is Massage Therapy?

Massage is one of the oldest, simplest form of therapy and is a system of stroking, pressing and kneading different areas in the body to relieve pain, relax, stimulate, and tone the body.

Tantruth Tanning

You will need to thoroughly exfoliate your whole body on the day of the tanning treatment . This is to make sure you remove all dead skin cells and leave skin smooth. Tantruth self tan is then applied to the body manually, which gives the skin an instant golden colour. It then develops within 2-6 hours and can last up to 7 days.
