Warranty of Goods
Any goods found to be defective should be returned in there original packaging within 1 day of delivery. After we will make and assessment of the damage. We reserve the right to refund or replace defective goods which have been opened and used then returned.

Postal Damage
Goods which are damaged in transit by Royal Mail are the responsibility of the seller. They must be returned with delivery information to the return address immediatley as found damaged. This is the responsibility of the purchaser and not db hair. We will do are best to refund any monies where goods have been damaged through use of the postal services, and where there has been a geniune accidental damage to goods that we can recover from the postal services.
